Lyme Bay Classic Cuvée 2016

The Classic Cuvée is an elegant sparkling wine with a lovely rich champagne colour, fast streaming bubbles and an even clear body throughout. Soft and delicate aromas of honey, rye bread and stone fruit with cooked apples and citrus fruit. The palate is smooth with a delicate mousse and nice fruity overtone. The citrus and stone fruits come through with a hint of lime. Short - medium finish with a nice texture on the tongue.  This is a very good English sparkling wine that is great on it's own or with food. We had with the English classic fish and chips and it was a match made in heaven.

Blend : 81% Pinot Noir - 19% Chardonnay

Alcohol 12%

Serve with : canapes, fish and chips, white fish, light seafood. Excellent with raspberries.
