At The English Wine Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of premium English wines. If your order is damaged, faulty, or not to your satisfaction, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the wine bottles in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our cellar.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement bottles within 3-5 business days.
